Semegnew has been working for different organization in both Leadership/managerial and professional roles of multiple capacities prior to joining HCP.
These includes but not limited as university college Dean, Deputy Executive Director of Ethiopia Public Health Association, Program Director for IntraHealth International, Ethiopia office and etc.
Currently working for Himalayan cataract project- as Bahirdar Specialty Eye Center Chief executive officer (CEO).
