Reporting to the Senior Manager of Quality, the Coordinator of Quality is responsible for executing the Quality program for Cure Blindness Project which currently encompasses Cataract Outreach, Ophthalmology Residency Training, and Eye Banking, with the long-term goal of adding additional programs. The job entails implementing standards and quality assurance processes, overseeing certifications and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives with the ultimate goal of ensuring that Cure Blindness Project partners show measured progress as outlined in the strategic plan.

The Communications Manager, Africa will work collaboratively with regional and
global marketing leadership to develop and bring brand and communication
strategies to life to represent Cure Blindness Project’s work within the Africa region, seeking to increase visibility of Cure Blindness Project’s mission and achievements and compel key audiences to action. This is a role for a communications professional with a blend of strategic, creative, and analytical skill sets. The role reports directly to the Associate Vice President, Africa and will work closely with global marketing colleagues to support marketing goals and initiatives.

L&D Specialist, Tertiary Care is responsible for the instructional design of in-person, hybrid and virtual learning experiences for Tertiary Care programs as well as facilitation of courses. This role will focus on partnership and relationship management with senior level subject matter experts for the design of these learning experiences. The role will also be responsible for developing tertiary care training courses and hosting on the learning management system.

The Manager of Advocacy & GESI will play a pivotal role within the Advocacy team, contributing to the successful implementation of the program strategy across Cure Blindness Project’s geographies (India, Nepal, Bhutan, Ethiopia and Ghana). Working with a close-knit team and independently, they will have a focus on program implementation and management, as well as research which involves drafting, and disseminating advocacy products to support the organization’s 5-year strategy.

The Program Manager, Nepal will be responsible for coordinating with existing and new partners for activity-level planning and execution; facilitating program activities, ensuring alignment with stakeholders; organizing and assisting with government compliance meetings (e.g., CPAC/LPAC) and maintaining effective communication with regional and global program staff to ensure seamless collaboration.
