The Senior Communications Manager will work collaboratively with organizational leadership to develop and bring brand and communication strategies to life, seeking to increase visibility and credibility of HCP’s mission and achievements. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and working closely with Development and Programming colleagues to drive the organizational vision and support fundraising initiatives with cohesive, engaging content including PR, social media, website, email, newsletters, program reports, presentations, and donor stewardship projects that illustrates our life-transforming work to donors, the public and key partners.
The Chief Development Officer (CDO) will serve as a member of the executive leadership team and will provide the leadership, management, and strategy for all components of the organization's fundraising and revenue generation. HCP is looking for a leader who has a vision to build upon current strengths and relationships, embrace new opportunities and thinking, and lead our organization to new heights of fundraising in order to enable HCP to achieve our mission through expanded programming and impact.
HCP Cureblindness is seeking a mission-driven professional with development experience to direct our grant fundraising activities with corporations, foundations, government agencies and other philanthropic institutions. As the lead writer on proposals and reports to grant donors, the Senior Grants Manager will play an essential role in the organization’s ability to generate $4.6+ million in general operating and program support, and to serve as a positive ambassador with funders and other community partners.
Reporting to the Deputy Director of Development, the Gifts Officer will build and manage a portfolio of approximately 500+ gift prospects and donors giving at the $1,000-$5,000 giving range to support HCP’s priority initiatives. The Gifts Officer will be responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with new and existing donors, soliciting and stewarding donors in keeping with the Development Department’s annual plan, and researching/identifying and qualifying new donors with greater giving potential as part of our moves management matrix.
