The Post-Award Senior Coordinator is a key member of the grant implementation team, responsible for managing the post-award phase of grants and contracts, ensuring successful implementation and compliance with funder and organizational requirements. The role involves close collaboration with the Global Programs - Asia and Africa teams, and other internal team members to oversee the financial, administrative, and compliance aspects of the awarded projects. The coordinator supports grant management from award receipt through project completion and closeout.

Under the direct supervision of the Ethiopia Country Director, the Project Manager will oversee two key phases of the Bahir Dar Specialty Eye Center project:
*Development of an Operational Readiness Plan (ORP)
*Implementation of the ORP through the successful "go-live" phase

The People Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll
processing, employee benefits administration, and HRIS system management, while
also providing support for general HR functions. This role ensures compliance with
federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining accurate and timely payroll
operations, benefits management, HRIS data integrity, and supporting the
organization's broader HR initiatives.

The Communications Manager, Africa will work collaboratively with regional and
global marketing leadership to develop and bring brand and communication
strategies to life to represent Cure Blindness Project’s work within the Africa region, seeking to increase visibility of Cure Blindness Project’s mission and achievements and compel key audiences to action. This is a role for a communications professional with a blend of strategic, creative, and analytical skill sets. The role reports directly to the Associate Vice President, Africa and will work closely with global marketing colleagues to support marketing goals and initiatives.
