The Director - MERL is responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of the organization's MERL systems and Knowledge and Learning processes in close coordination with programmatic staff. Reporting to the Chief Program Officer, the Director - MERL leads the overall learning agenda of HCP’s programmatic efforts, working closely with partners and other internal and external stakeholders.
The Staff Accountant will be responsible for all aspects of accounts payable. Responsibilities will include, processing routine payables, preparing check requests and letters of authorization, and coordinating and processing the coding of monthly credit card charges across the organization.
HCP Cureblindness is seeking a mission-driven professional with development experience to direct our grant fundraising activities with corporations, foundations, government agencies and other philanthropic institutions. As the lead writer on proposals and reports to grant donors, the Senior Grants Manager will play an essential role in the organization’s ability to generate $4.6+ million in general operating and program support, and to serve as a positive ambassador with funders and other community partners.
Reporting to the Deputy Director of Development, the Gifts Officer will build and manage a portfolio of approximately 500+ gift prospects and donors giving at the $1,000-$5,000 giving range to support HCP’s priority initiatives. The Gifts Officer will be responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with new and existing donors, soliciting and stewarding donors in keeping with the Development Department’s annual plan, and researching/identifying and qualifying new donors with greater giving potential as part of our moves management matrix.
