  • Staff Accountant

    Location: Norwich, Vermont; Open to Remote
    The Staff Accountant will be responsible for supporting activities across all aspects of the accounting function. Accounts payable responsibilities will include assisting in the processing of payables for domestic and international vendors and partners, preparing check requests and bank letters of authorization, and coordinating the coding of monthly credit card charges across the organization. Accounts receivable responsibilities will include assisting in the recording revenue received from all funding sources including wire transfers, on-line donation platforms, stock transfers, and check donations. General accounting responsibilities include the preparation of monthly bank reconciliations, supporting schedules, and journal entries.

  • Director of Corporate Partnerships

    Location: US-Based Remote
    The Director of Corporate Partnerships will spearhead the strategic growth and diversification of our corporate revenue portfolio, including partnerships, sponsorships, and multi-year, cross-programmatic funding streams. This director-level position is accountable for meeting and exceeding organizational funding targets while developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to identify, cultivate, and optimize high-value corporate relationships.

  • Primary Care Contractor

    Location: Ethiopia
    Seeking two independent contractors to play a crucial role in managing the project activities and operations by working in close coordination with Primary Health Care Workers, Health Extension Workers, Health Centers, Primary Hospitals, Woreda Health Offices & Zonal Health Departments in Oromia and Sidama regions. HEWs play an extremely important role in creating awareness in the community about the prevention of eye diseases, timely intervention and early referral. The Health Workers (Nurse & Public Health Officers) from the Health Centers and Primary Hospitals will be trained to provide first level of eye care services for minor eye health problems. The Individual Contractors will serve as a crucial connection between the Primary Health Care worker and the Program Manager. The Individual Contractors will be responsible for driving the efforts of Health Workers in the right direction to achieve the desired results of the program. The Individual Contractors shall be responsible for managing the project activities in the project area by closely working with the government and other stakeholders.
