Jolene Taylor serves as the Human Resources Administrator for HCP Cureblindness, and supports HR, IT, and Operations. She is based in HCP's Norwich, VT, office.
With roots in Pennsylvania, Jolene holds a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State. She also holds a Master of Fine Arts in Dance from Ohio State earned prior to her decision to lean into the business world, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with minors in International Studies, Dance, and Classics and Ancient Mediterranean Studies coupled with a study abroad program in Greece, also from Penn State.
With years of experience as a teacher followed by HR generalist and benefits work, Jolene's theme focused on developing and managing programs and positive experiences for a variety of stakeholders. Prior to joining HCP, Jolene worked within talent management departments of a global, fast-paced automotive company where she enjoyed serving as a go-to resource for employees across divisions and cultures.
A proud mom to three young boys, Jolene's free time is spent volunteering on a board of directors for a local nursery school and collaborating on a multitude of house projects with her husband. Her family is thrilled to officially be part of the Upper Valley where they look forward to playing in the Vermont snow and attempting to tap their birch trees.
