Anna Lin Mitchell serves as Chief Financial Officer of Cure Blindness Project. Anna brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience spanning nonprofit organizations such as Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, Women for Women International, and most recently, as CFO of Splash, an international NGO focused on ensuring clean water is available for children.

Throughout her career, Anna has built a reputation for strengthening organizations through thoughtful financial stewardship, strategic planning, operational excellence, and collaborative leadership. She has led complex finance functions, guided organizations through periods of growth and transformation, and partnered closely with executive teams and boards to ensure resources are aligned with mission and long-term impact. 

Anna holds a BA in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University, an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Business Strategy from Boston University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®. Anna lives in Manchester-by-the-Sea with her husband and three children.
