Dr. Morris Hartstein, MD, FACS, Director of Oculoplastics, Department of Ophthalmology, Assaf Harofeh Medical Center, Tel Aviv University Sackler Faculty of Medicine.

Dr. Morris Hartstein graduated from Columbia University and earned his MD from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. Following his internship at Bellevue Hospital, Dr. Hartstein completed his ophthalmology residency at New York University where he also served as chief resident. After completing his residency, Dr. Hartstein completed a fellowship at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary in oculoplastics. He received the American Academy of Ophthalmology Senior Achievement Award in 2013. Dr. Hartstein today is the director of Oculoplastics at Assaf Harofeh Medical Center of Tel Aviv University.

Dr. Hartstein has traveled to Ethiopia to provide hands-on mentorship to Ethiopian ophthalmology residents and oculoplastics fellows. He is actively working with HCP to arrange exchange programs with Tel Aviv University for Ethiopian ophthalmology residents and oculoplastics fellows.
